Intellectual property
The site design, JOAT name and original site content belong to JOAT or its licensors. Client work, pitches and production materials remain governed by their specific written agreements.
Service availability
We may update, suspend or discontinue site features. The site is provided as available, and no online feature replaces the terms of a signed production contract.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, JOAT is not liable for indirect losses arising only from use of this informational site. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by the updated date above.
